Media

Many of you have asked about our most recent tv appearance in August. We were told at the time that the tv station was having some website issues so it would not be on the web. However, I looked the other day, and it is. So, here are the two stories we were involved in. I also looked for a few other things, and added the media from the past that is still up. I don't know how long any of these will be available. There are probably more out there that I forgot about, or aren't available anymore.

Our favorite piece of media is from the KS95 for Kids radiothon a few years ago. We interviewed with Moon and Staci, who we have stayed in touch with, and we now call friends. I think this is one of the most precious things we have. We will treasure it forever! You'll have to follow the link to the page, then push the small play button under Lily's picture. We decided to take a short hotel break, and went mini golfing at Pirates Cove.

Snowpacolypse 2010

Midday. There was no snow here the day before.

Part of our entertainment while stuck in our hotel room, was watching people get stuck in the parking lot.

Our other entertainment for the day...Boardgames that we swiped from the dining room. Yes, we returned them before leaving.

No one was around from Gillette the day after the radiothon, but we found the big check!

$428,000. The snowstorm really hurt the results. They were $150,000 short of their goal.
